General Conditions
The present conditions determine the contractual relationship between the user / costumer and the entity stage3motorsport.
Both the use of the website as the purchase of a product on the website implies acceptance of these conditions.
stage3motorsport reserves the right to change the website content, products, services, prices, or the very conditions mentioned herein at any time. This is due to the fact that it may be necessary to improve or correct any error in the existing platform.
The user undertakes to use correctly the website stage3motorsport and its’ services in accordance with the law and present conditions. Therefore, the costumer is obliged to refrain from using the page to illicit purposes and effects which are against those established in the law and in these conditions of use. That said, the stage3motorsport does not authorize the use of this website for purposes of re-sale or technical assistance from third parties. All information, product descriptions, technical assistance, prices, images and photographs are not allowed to promotional disclosure, other effects or procedures defined by stage3motorsport.
Costumer Account
The customer registered on the website agrees and undertakes to provide their identification data and address correct, complete and current. This should not use fake IDs or provide personal data or incorrect addresses, since stage3motorsport is not responsible for the accuracy of submitted data.
If the user / costumer provides false, incomplete or outdated information, stage3motorsport entity assumes no responsibility for any delays, order sending impossibility, billing or wrong delivery.
As such the stage3motorsport reserves the right to delete, suspend or cancel user accounts if any of the situations described above without prior notice.
The user / customer is responsible for the preservation and confidentiality of your account information and your password, which should not provide the same to third parties. Thus the stage3motorsport assumes no activity performed on your user account. If the user has lost log data or they have been lost in some way, he/she must immediately notify stage3motorsport to replace, change or delete the user account.
Private Policy and Personal Data
The data processing and user information through the online platform are meant to case orders, facilitate communication with users / clients, to process requests for information, statistical analysis, payments and use for direct marketing. As such, the passage of this information to third parties, regarding any personal information provided by the user / customer, is not carried out by our organization.
Contents and Shipping Prices
The prices listed on our website are presented in Euros (€), with fees and applicable taxes included.
When the order is prepared, stage3motorsport scans and analyzes all the values of the products ordered. If the value of the product does not meet the stipulations, the customer will be notified, and thus can receive this or pay the value of the difference or cancel the order.
At the reception of the signature of the recipient, as well as their reproduction, constitute proof of delivery of the same where both parties recognize this signature a traditional signature, delivery proof being requested from the carrier.
In receiving, all the goods are examined. In case of visible damage in the outside of the box, that may compromise the integrity of the product, without opening, the order should be refused and ask for the necessary documents to return and complete them accurately.
In returns, after the subject is exposed to our entity and the same agrees with the subject, there can only be accepted products under the following conditions:
- Material that does not show any damage;
- Material that has not been applied;
- The packaging must be strictly intact as sending;
- Products ordered or manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or which have been specifically tailored to an application (eg pistons, connecting rods, wheels, etc.).
- Products after their application inseparably mixed with other items
Consumer Guarantees
The products of our shop are covered by a 2 year warranty as provided in the Legislative Decree No. 67/2003, April 08th.
These are accepted by verification by our technical department and must be accompanied by one invoice copy, according to the analysis of the manufacturer and replaced after approval.
The guarantees do not include the payment of compensation or other expenses required by the malfunction of the products.
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Products with a normal wear of use;
- Defective products caused by improper handling or damaged by incorrect assembly;
- Products applied in a different purpose than that they were designed;
- Products are intended for competition;
- Products that have been altered or repaired by any other entity unrelated to the manufacturer or if the product serial number is illegible.
